Corey Vliem
Owner, Master Hair Designer
Corey grew up in Grand Haven and her career in the industry began in 1996. She has a deep desire to see her team grow and loves to teach behind the chair. Corey enjoys rollerblading, bicycling, all genres of music and spending time with her family. She is married to Brian Vliem and has two children Justin Vliem, daughter-in-law, Catherine and granddaughter Emma. Daughter Andrea Vliem, and two grand pups, Coco, and Laila.
Andrea Vliem
Master Hair Designer/Manager/Team Development Coordinator
Andrea grew up in Grand Haven and is a 2008 graduate from Douglas J Institute. She loves her job and is always looking to better her skills by taking classes. Andrea enjoys going to the gym, going to the beach and spending time with her family.
Talia Megna
Level III Hair Stylist/Makeup Artist/Specializing in Men’s Haircuts
Talia is a 2020 graduate from Douglas J Aveda Institute. She enjoys the beach, expressing her creative mind, and spending time with family. Her core values are positivity, honesty and kindness. Talia is eager and excited to be a part of the Acquario Salon design team and is accepting new clients.
Gabrielle Smith
Level III Stylist/Lash Lifting & Tinting Specialist
Gabrielle joined the Acquario team in 2021. She has a passion for the beauty industry and enjoys doing dimensional hair coloring and vivids. She is certified in lash lifting and tinting and is accepting new guests. Her goals are to make you the most confident version of yourself. Gabrielle enjoys hiking and spending time with her boyfriend Michael and his daughter, Maia and their two cats.
Summer Moser
Level I Stylist/Graphics Artist
Summer joined Acquario Salon in October, 2024 as an assistant. She graduated from the Salon Professional Academy in Holland February 2025 and is a licensed Cosmetologist joining the Acquario Salon design team! Summer enjoys, music, line dancing and spending time with her family and boy friend. She is looking forward to meeting you in her chair and helping you achieve your hair goals. She is accepting new clients!
Brianna Smith
Front Desk Assistant/Social Media Artist
Brianna joined Acquario Salon in 2021. She is attending classes at MCC for business. She enjoys assisting the team with her social media skills as well as spending time with her boyfriend, Chase and her family.

Front Desk Assistant/Marketing Artist
Lizzy joined Acquario in 2021. She has a passion for art and beauty. She loves to thrift shop, visit local coffee shops to work on art projects and spend time in nature with her husband and their two cats.

My excitement for skincare and all things beauty correlates with my passion for helping others feel beautiful and confident in their own skin and body. As an advocate for never ending growth and learning, I am excited for all of the new clients I will connect with alongside my journey as Acquario Salon’s newest Esthetician.
